Dorothy glanced around the hallway. To one side of the corridor, yellow peeling paint made an eery noise as she walked past. Upon the wall, hung a painting of a Great War, and it looked as if a hand print of blood covered the sun. Beneath them, a ripped carpet covered broken floorboards, that sounded like a horrible scream whenever they walked on it.

At first, that door in St. Meredith’a church lead to nothing but an abandoned alleyway, but for Scarlett Adams and the rest of the gatekeepers, it leads to a dark cell in Ukraine. On top of the priest’s table, was the key that lead to that same door. The gatekeepers had to make sure nobody ever finds that key.
