Yes, absolutely. Gonzalez is a de facto first baseman, I don't think the organization has any faith in Singleton, and White is a placeholder. Reed is the top bat in the system, he'll probably be up as soon as possible

Re W-L, literally true that you assess a pitcher named, say, Wadam Ainwright, who had identical stats to Adam Wainwright but a career .500 record in the same # of decisions? I mean, you don't think about him in *any* way differently?
