Does less rounds of the draft help bigger markets? It seems like the Dodgers have found success recently with undrafted free agents like 2B/Utility Austin Gauthier, RP Jake Pilarski, and RP Justin Bruihl. Those guys might’ve been harder to find if the draft more than double the current size.
