Any thoughts on Baytex Energy (BTEGF)?  Bought long ago, cratered and simply held on and prayed.  There was a recent Seeking Alpha article talking it up.  Any credence to it recovering to the good old days?  Thanks very much for your continued assistance to your subscribers!

Hi Lou. We cover Baytex in our Canada/Australia coverage universe. It's currently a hold, mainly because there are so many other oil and gas producers that are in better shape financially paying dividends. We did rate this one a sell some time back, when it looked like oil and gas prices were going to keep diving. They did survive it and the cycle is definitely on their side now. But we do see better options for your money.
