The arrow keys is to move the character and you need to press the up arrow to check which fraction you want to choose.  The control button in the bottom left of the keyboard (ctrl) is to jump.

I have just tried it and it is working fine.  You should have a tiger as your main character.  Maybe refresh the page and see if that fixes the issue
