Benjamin, to my knowledge it is an option for any student to pursue; you work through the thesis with your program and specifically your Academic/Faculty advisor.

Harshit, all programs have a Program Coordinator; you're assigned an academic advisor at some point later this spring or summer. It varies program-to-program.

Alex, you'll need to contact your program about starting earlier, as you may be able to, but it is usually contingent on funding.
