As for prey, they are not fussy. They often lash out at anything that creeps up on them. Due to their excellent camouflage and patience, this happens more often that you would think. Deer, cattle, humans and even bears have been killed and eaten in this manner!

Most giants have very few predators, other than other giants. However, some giants suffer from parasitic creatures that will eat away at their body. For example, the forest or wood giant has been known to suffer from termites or woodworm. To combat this, they will occasionally plunge into lakes or rivers to attempt to drown the parasites.

Giants are a lot like humans. You can never predict the behaviours of a giant until you get to know them. Some Lightning Giants have proven to be very responsive to human interaction, where as some will lash out with a lighting strike as soon as I have approached. However, some giants tend to more commonly have certain dispositions. Forest, Cloud, Water and Iron Giants tend to be a lot friendlier towards humans. Lightning, Molten, Ice, Rock and Canyon are often more aggressive and prove harder to study.

The habitat for an Ice Giant is largely based around camouflage. They rely on this to blend in to their environment, so they can often be found in environments which allow this to happen. For example, I have never discovered a Molten Giant in England, due to the lack of volcanoes. However, I have found many in islands with dormant or active volcanoes. Water Giants are found all over the world, especially in countries with large rivers or lakes.

Giants tend to live for much longer than humans. Their life span is often between 100 and 200 years. This is an advantage as they very rarely produce any young - often only one or two offspring across their lifetime.

Yes, we think so. Although they are not solely made of ice, I did analyse one giant where its joints were certainly ice and seemed to hold the rest of its structure together.
