do you have a link for last years stats to compare as a link . you told that 9 percent of people have received accepted decision and may be they have any other option to go so . May be you have to have other people give a chance . i m saying because that s a small margin to select from a flock of people .NO OFFENCE TO BE TAKEN . i give a lot of respect to penn state university and i have a fear of not be able to get into because of some people think this as a backup option.

Qwerty, I'm sorry, but this isn't Penn State University, this is the University of Pennsylvania. We are a very different school. And we don't have a website that shows all application numbers from previous years.
