Also, I was only told that I had to send my final transcript and degree certificate to Penn. I wasn't given any info about the immunization process. Is there anything else I am supposed to do before reaching Penn?

If you are an international student, you would need to apply for a visa, and should have received instructions about that process. And you should have received additional information about immunization and other items specifically from Penn - the Graduate Admissions dept only handles the admissions process and instructions on how to start your visa process.
