Would not think so ... OTOH, did not think we'd still be waiting for his return on Aug 26, either. When you're drafting, remember the pace of those first 2 months. Could be a steal if he slips towards a mid-teens range pick.

Would you start Jared Jones coming off the IL (vCHC) or wait and see for a start if that meant using Heaney (@CWS) or Jack Leiter (@CWS) instead? (12-team 5x5 QS)

Would probably start Heaney over Jones, but not Leiter (though in other instances, Leiter is worth considering)

Parker Meadows highlighted as a great add for the week in the FAAB file. Do you see him as a productive source of SB for the balance of the season? Alternative options include Turang, D. Moore, Gimenez, J. Young, J. Lowe.

Thanks for all your support and insight.  B. Drury is washed, right?  This unprecedentedly horrid performance seems to be what he "is" now.  Or should I keep him stashed to see if he has a Sept. resurgence (12-team, AL-only, not much out on the wire).

He is washed, yes, for this year ... but make a realistic decision on a case by case w/r/t what's on your wire. In a deep AL only, he might be better kept even if the rebound potential is near-nil.

I see Cards are committed to him; which makes me more interested than otherwise. Pre-season, thought he was NOT just a rabbit, but had some pop. This helps confirm that. Long way to go, though.
