How do you feel about certain players being rushed up the minors and allowed to develop in majors

depends on the player honestly

in situations like this I think a lot of it boils down to makeup and we have no idea about makeup for the most part

with the way pitching is going today, when you see a guy come up at 21 with prospect status and the kind of stuff he's got and pitch well right out of the gate, there's no ceiling on how good they can get

Are there any teams currently using their minor league affiliates to test any forward thinking game strategies? (Interesting shifts, bullpen usage, 6 man rotations) I would think this would be a great place to workshop new ideas but might also impede development.
