Kind of intrigued by Trent Grisham as a late round upside play (the low whiff % makes me think the Ks will come down and his sprint speed has me thinking he'll steal more bases in a new org).  Could he do something like 20 HR, 12-15 SB and a .330+ OBP?  Or is that like a dream scenario?

That's the dream isn't it? Convert elite SP into elite bats.
I will say this, Jo Adell is not nearly as can't miss as everybody makes him out to be.
