No. You're right that they have some inconsistency. Carrasco's fastball is a below average pitch. Sevvy's is more variable because his command wanders.

Depends on league depth. In a 12-team, something like Eloy, Whitley, Kirilloff, and Lewis.

In a 20-team, maybe one of those and three more from the Jesus Sanchez/Ke'Bryan Hayes tier
And...I strongly recommend you try adding something to Machado for an even better MLBer like Acuna or Soto.
