25/10 seems high on both counts.
Adam

How many innings from Luzardo this year?
Brad Johnson
5:08
160ish?
I don't think he'll be overly babied.
Matt

How many players owned is would you consider shallower?  I'm in a 10 team league but with 36 players per team and 100 prospects rostered, it doesn't feel all that shallow...
Brad Johnson
5:09
That's still shallow for me.
5:11
I find myself in deeper and deeper every year. Ottoneu (480 rostered) used to be deep for me. Then 900 players rostered is what I considered deep. Last year my deepest was 1,080. This year, I did the ProspectLive Bestball which was 1,500 players.

How are you feeling about Danny Santana?  Do you think he goes close to 30/20 again?
Brad Johnson
5:12
I just can't buy a power repeat from him. But the speed is real enough.
And he'll play even if the numbers are bland.
Bryan Reynolds
5:12
Will I hit better or worse than 2018 Nick Markakis?
Brad Johnson
5:12
better

Any insight or rumors if the baseball has again been altered? Eflin spoke about the seems being higher and the ball having a bit more give.
Brad Johnson
5:13
Multiple reports of it feeling different, but nothing concrete.

For second-year Ottoneu auctions, do you suggest nominating players you don't want to flush some money or players you do to get that surplus early?
Brad Johnson
5:14
Depends what you're doing. I usually go in only looking for $1 players, so I'll nom best available for most of the draft.
But if you actually have money, you can play some cat and mouse with your noms

Will Jesse Winker get enough reps in the CIN OF to matter this season? I've been holding on to hope for so long ...
Brad Johnson
5:14
Should start pretty much against every RHP
5:15
But there's a small chance he's optioned, even if Sporer and his Twitter Gang want to mock me for suggesting it's possible.
Kris Bryant
5:15
do I score 130 runs this year hitting leadoff?
Brad Johnson
5:15
Nah. 110?
big structural butthorns
5:16
any chance the season doesn't start on time?
Brad Johnson
5:16
Sure. We're all in the dark still.
Presently, the plan is to just let everybody get sick.
Time to wrap it up.

5:16
Tough one.. Keep 6 in a keep forever: Eloy, Soto, Story, S Marte, K Marte, Beiber, Flaherty, Clevinger
Brad Johnson
5:17
Soto and Story are the locks.
I'd probably do Ketel, Eloy, Flaherty, and... Bieber or Clev.
But I'd want some time to really digest
Bum
5:18
Would you roster MadBum for $15+ in Ottoneu 4x4?
Brad Johnson
5:18
Yes
Adam
5:18
Any optimism for Franchy this year, other than the fact that he's Franchy?
Brad Johnson
5:18
Yes, definitely optimistic. First he has to swim move over some capable MLBers. But the Padres are realistic and know they have to field their best lineup even if it means sitting a good player like Myers.
Adam
5:19
Out of nowhere darkhorse RP to put up 15 K/9?
Brad Johnson
5:19
I have some out of nowhere RPs, but few with that kind of K rate.
5:20
A commenter tipped me off to Alex Vesia and Sam Delaplane, both guys I don't even have a spot for in Tout (15 teams x 50 roster slots).
They have the K-heat but they're also Double-A types.

Brad.  Have pretty set offense but only @$ 120 (of $260) for rotation.  Who are my two best options for ace-like season long performance of Lynn, Morton, Woodruff, Sonny Gray and Berrios?
Brad Johnson
5:21
Morton and Berrios imo. But Morton/Lynn may be safer
