Oh yes, the Phillies bullpen will be highly fluid
Predicting around 20 SV for Robertson, 12 for Ser, maybe 8-10 for Neris, and a few more spread to others

In a league where everyone chases high upside, that would make a guy like Hosmer undervalued. Wouldn't you say that year-long he's a lock to make top-15 1b, but since he wont get to top 10 he gets overlooked?

He didn't make top 15 last year so I can't say he's a lock
There's also a decent chance he loses time to Wil Myers in a confusing OF/1B platoon
