Clearly, Tucker is worth more than a good-not-great pitcher like Thor to MLB teams
And the Astros really honestly don't need another OFer. They can find a spot for him, but they can also just use Myles Straw.

For all the people asking about pitching prospects, my radar is mostly dry. Spend most of your time looking in High- and Double-A. Triple-A is garbage town.
