Who's the closer in Texas? Is Kela even healthy? Their usage of him has been pretty odd. He logged a 0.2 IP hold on 7/22, didn't pitch 7/23 in a 1-run W, pitched 8th inning in a blowout on 7/25 and hasn't pitched since.
