How do you rank Matt Moore, Joe Ross, Perdomo for ROS?

Ok, I'll bite. Adam's asked me a good dozen times about these three. I don't have any insights into Moore and Ross except to say that Moore is effectively wild at his best and Ross never had a good starter's profile

Perdomo is interesting in a long term sense. Lots of ground balls and enough whiffs to be something. Just need to polish some aspects of his usage

Not sure he'll ever be a good option in 2017, but keep him in the back of your mind
