Let's start with JP Crawford re: not ready yet
1:55
Crawford probably gets a call sometime next year, but I'm not longer convinced it's a guarantee
he has to start to really hit
Galvis' power outburst is mostly a second half phenomenon
says one of two things - there's either more power in the tank for next season, or this is all a fluke
1:56
ISO takes 3 years to "stabilize" for those who follow regression rates
so half a year of big HR numbers is more likely to be noise than signal
Galvis did add a leg kick, but it was well before the power showed up
overall, I think he's a lower OBP Zack Cozart
1:57
the defense will keep him on the field

AJ Reed or Cron for next year and beyond?
Brad Johnson
1:57
Cron
Maybe Reed long term, but he has to prove he can hit
Reed was never a blue chip prospect
we all got very excited about his 2015, but he backslid this year

Gsellman a go against ATL today? Atl has been putting up some runs of late
Brad Johnson
1:57
eh, I'm not using him
Nelson

Joey Bats looks like a 4th+ rounder in 2017, huh?
Brad Johnson
1:58
Smells about right to me
we'll see where he lands
I'd love to see him playing first base in Coors :)
1:59
Cargo, Blackmon, Arenado, Dahl, Story, LeMahieu, Murphy, and Joey Bats!
damn...

Keep three (10 team mixed): Harper, Arenado, then one of: Yelich, Story, JD Martinez? Also, I lost the playoffs last week and my coworkers convinced me to play fantasy football. It's so boring. How do I cope?

What do you expect from Pujols next year? I have him for $20 in ottoneu. He's obviously aging, but it doesn't seem like a crazy price.
Brad Johnson
2:00
It's not a crazy price, but I'd sure prefer something better and/or cheaper
it's hard to contend if you're paying $20 for a Pujols
even if the spreadsheet says you can

After last night's performance against the mariners, do you like Estrada in upcoming matchup with Yankees in Canada?
Brad Johnson
2:00
He's hurt. I like healthy Estrada plenty. Hurt Estrada is a nightmare to manage

2017: Urias is a top ___ SP?
Brad Johnson
2:01
40?
60?
Still inning capped to some degree
and the Dodgers still have a couple thousand SP

Looks like AJ Reed is going to retain rookie eligibility (at 114 AB right now, hasn't played since 9/11), is he worth keeping at a rookie salary in an AL only 4x4 ($5/$260 on a three year contract)?
Brad Johnson
2:01
yes
2:02
I'm not a huge fan at the moment, the potential for 30 HR and solid, mid-order role is too good to dump
