I'd like to flip Velasquez for a utility bat in the short term, mostly because I don't expect him to pitch past 160 inning or so which won't help me in the playoffs of my 16-team H2H league. What do you think is the best kind of return I can expect?

That's going to be very league dependent. Pitching is so huge in an H2H that you could get a crazy return
