10 teamhead to head dynasty is it worth dropping Adam Jones for Benintendi or Meadows at this point? I have sufficient depth to do this I just am frustrated and feel like I am wasting a roster spot on Jones.

I wouldn't, although do find a way to roster Benintendi. I have him in a normal 12 team keeper along with Swanson, Bregman, and Reed. They're eating 4 of my 6 bench spots

He's a hold, but that doesn't mean he's the right fit for you. If you need SB, AVg, and R, then Maybin could be the better fit.
