Not yet, but they've already seen one vacant OC job filled with Shane Waldron going from Seahawks to Bears. I figured he would've made sense for the Steelers, given his work with Geno Smith and Sean McVay ties. Browns have begun the search process already too, so the Steelers will have to catch up a bit, but not a huge deal.

Hey BB: Thanks for your Chats! I love your article about the OCs available. Do you think there will be other staffing changes besides OC?

Thanks, Sal. Most likely there will be. It's always difficult to assess the job position coaches are doing because it's so esoteric in nature, but after a 10-7 season with another first-round playoff exit, there's no place for complacency, especially on offense.

Everyone like to badmouth the Devin Bush draftpick, but does anyone remember it was seen as a slamdunk at the time... whereas the TJ Watt pick was met with nervousnes & questions of "high ceiling or low floor?" Turns out watts really good and bush is average.

Of course. Drafts are a crapshoot, inexact science, educated guessing, whatever you wanna call it. The only thing you're off about is that TJ Watt is more than really good and Devin Bush is below average, which speaks even more to your point.

BB, with your unlimited locker room access, have you had the opportunity to do an in depth comparison of hand sizes of MR and KP?

OK, I think we're done here. Thanks for playing me out, Stash.
