From the Senior Bowl reports, it doesn't sound as if he helped himself there. It'd be awfully tempting because of the physical traits, but I don't think I'd do it in Round 1. Would think hard about it in the second round though.

What would it take for the Steelers to get Williams?  Would the Bears expect to fleece us as "additional" payment for the Claypool trade?

Khan and Weidl get another great draft class and quality FAs. The Steelers make AFCC next year, then who knows? Crazy or possible? Cap is not that big of an issue. There are ways they can get $$40M freed up by cutting deadwood and restructuring guys they’re keeping long term.

Watching the SB it is apparent the Steelers need a QB. Doesn’t have to be Mahomes but Mr. Irrelevant didn’t look overwhelmed. He stuck in the pocket, made the throws and generally didn’t look like he was out of his depth. The two QBs yesterday are legit and the Steelers need to find someone better than what they have if they hope to compete the next 10 years

They're certainly at a crossroads when it comes to that position, no doubt. It'd actually be better for them if Kenny Pickett had been far worse than he has been, right?

What an honor! Is this temporary like a Freaky Friday sort of deal? If that's the case, I don't even need five. My number one objective will be to start leaking any and all info to Steelers beat reporter Brian Batko. Don't ask why. It's just the best thing to position us for improvements in 2024 and beyond.
