Does Devlin Hodges make the ream or even the practice squad? Also, can other teams sign players off each other’s practice squads to their active roster?

I don't see him making the 53, but yeah, maybe they keep him around on the P squad on merit. Not really a position of need, though. You can be signed off the practice squad but only if it's to join another team's active roster, as far as I know, but I'm still new to this whole NFL thing.

Ehhh it seemed like they were being nice and cautious with his injury. But in doing so, he ran out of valuable time to make an impression. I think they'd definitely love him on the practice squad, though.

Right now as we sit here on Aug. 20, I'll say the Browns win the North and the Steelers miss out again. Tough schedule and division (other than the Bengals). But as Baker Mayfield keeps popping off in various ways, I'm a bit worried about the state of affairs there in Cleveland.
