Steelers messing with RPOs early when the Browns are playing with two backup safeties. Kind of a curious game plan. Don't have to throw the ball down the field every play, but that second incomplete pass on the RPO was followed by a 1-yard run and a sack. Three-and-out.

After 1, not much offense in this game. Steelers 10, Browns. Both teams have combined for 92 yards.

These are the types of offensive game plans the Steelers used with Mason Rudolph and Duck Hodges, which at least made sense if the idea was to let the defense win the game. But unless Roethlisberger is incapable of throwing the ball down the field it's hard to understand.
