Don't see that happening, no. Their DL room is crowded as it is.

Training camp in a few months.  Any position/player battles that you predict are the most intriguing?

Apparently there's gonna be some sort of QB competition? But I'll have my eyes fixed on the battle at punter

I read a lot of people questioning why pick up Trubisky if they knew they had a shot at Pickett.  Am I right in thinking that having to Trubisky made them more confident to take Pickett with the first pic. You either have a former number one quarterback have a great year and become your starter going forward or you have a new number one develop and show signs of being your long-term QB.  I disagree wth taking Pickell with number one but it seems that was their thought process to me

Yeah, I think there's something to that. Trubisky is a bridge QB they're more comfortable with than Rudolph, especially in this offense. But you're absolutely right that Trubisky playing well and looking like a No. 2 pick would be a great problem for the Steelers to have. Trubisky playing terrible would make it an easy choice to move on to Pickett. If he's somewhere in the middle, which is what he was in Chicago, then you have a dilemma on your hands.
OK folks, that's all the time for us today. Thanks for chatting. Looking forward to covering the rooks this weekend, so be sure to check back on the website often.
