watching j.lee win the bpt his reaction and the build up reminded me of someone winning a tuesday nighter. 5 fish format has way better build up of excitement for a champion when you're talking about winning 100,000$. Even yesterday lee seemed like "eh, whatever the moneys nice" but that's about it.

I had a chance to fly down to see the BPT inaugural event. Amazing job, Pro fisherman looked like they were spent from running a marathon. The Blond Lady that does the pre interviews should catch the fisherman at the loading ramp instead of right before the stage. Put her down at the loading ramp and get the drama right when they pull off the water.

The catch, weigh, immediate release format is great. As a past president of a BASS Nation who had to deal with logistics of running large events, I'm curious if MLF has an idea or can offer some insight at this time, on how it will be employing that weigh format at AAA, College, and high school levels where volume of competitors is in the triple digits?

Good Morning Mark & Matt! 2 questions for Boyd. Social media has become a committee of people expressing thier views. Who in MLF BPT digests all these SMedia comments and decideds what to bring to the table for angler meetings to improve the new sport? We love the penalties makes them all better fisherman. Any thoughts on Personal Fouls like 15 yards NFL or 15 min MLF?

This one is more of a statement than a question for Boyd. They NEED better BPT hats/shirts on the online store. I would have bought a BPT hat months ago, but all their hats say MLF and nothing about BPT. AND, for bald guys like myself, mesh-back hats look goofy. Need some fitted hats with the solid back. "Build it, and they will buy."

I'm sure I'm not alone on this one. Can Boyd give us any info on plans for a grassroots path to the BPT?
