There are usually chats on Sunday nights and Tuesday afternoons. The Sunday night chat is dependent on the news being slow enough for Mark to do it, so this weekend might not work out. If the World Series ends before then, a lot of news will be flowing in about qualifying offers, options, etc.

There's also a Friday chat only for Front Office subscribers. It's much easier to get your question answered there because there are fewer people in it.

They definitely want to. They've done it with some teams already.

Padres, Rockies and Diamondbacks had no blackouts in 2024. In 2025, Guardians, Brewers and Twins being added to the list.

Goldschmidt seems like he'll get a one-year deal on account of his age and struggles this year. He finished strong but there are concerns when a 37-year-old shows signs of falling off.

Something in the 14-18 range is maybe plausible.

Adames is roughly comparable to the Swanson/Baez/Story trio. All three of them hit free agency after age-28 and were a pretty good combo of offense and defense without being true stars. Adames is the same.

I don't know who said this or who you would quantify it but he's clearly bringing in a ton. They have so many ads from Japanese companies all over their stadium and broadcasts. Plus, jersey sales, ticket sales, etc.
