Generally speaking, in order of likelihood of being traded (not just to the O's but to any team)....

Williams, Crochet, Rogers, Skubal, Gausman

I don't know that the O's specifically would consider Williams a needle-mover, so maybe for them you bump Crochet to the top of the list. But the ask would be huge and probably start with one of Mayo or Basallo.
