In the offseason for sure. Rest of this season, he'd probably have to take a minor league deal. Hard for a contender to plug him right onto the big league roster, but maybe someone with a bunch of injuries would consider it?

I guess if you're in a deep AL-only league or super deep mixed format? He's not on the radar in pretty much any standard mixed setting for me right now.

Has Luzardo just hit a wall or was he pitching over his head earlier?  Do you see him as a #2 type starter in the future?

He's really only had three bad starts here -- one of them not even terrible. I could buy into some fatigue, for sure, as he's already 21 innings past last year's total. But I absolutely view him as a No. 2 type starter in the long run (health permitting)

Is Woodruff or Burnes more likely to be traded this off-season?

I'd lean Burnes, just because he'll have a higher price tag in arb and probably lesser chance of re-signing long-term. But either strikes me as a feasible offseason trade candidate.

How much will Lorenzon reap in FA? 4/90?

He's hard to predict, as this is really his first year working this type of workload. The Angels let him start last year but he was limited to 18 games / 97 innings. He's at a career-high 122 2/3 right now. We'll see how he holds up.

That said, even if he finishes the year with 160ish innings of mid-3.00s, I don't think he can get that 4/90. It's still a below-average strikeout rate, below-average ground-ball rate, below-average swinging-strike rate, etc. And he's turning 32 in January.

I'd call Jameson Taillon (4/68) and Taijuan Walker (4/72) a ceiling at that point, but I'm not sure four years will be on the table. Three in that same AAV range feels possible though.
