Thoughts on LSU this weekend?

Really impressed with what LSU did offensively. Yes, it's Maine, but they still had just a ridiculous weekend -- a blend of power and just consistent production. The biggest takeaway for me, though, was righthander Blake Money's start on Friday. If he can be THAT guy the entire season, it's an absolute game-changer for this club.

Tom -- the league as a whole had a great weekend, but the two that caught my attention the most? Clearly, Portland and San Diego. Portland sweeping Creighton in a four-game series was a pretty loud statement. It's hard to sweep anyone in four games, much less a good team. As for USD, I certainly did not see a sweep of Oregon coming this past weekend. Kudos to Brock Ungricht and Co. having that team ready.
