Very intriguing midweek series this week with Kansas State at Louisiana. Thoughts on that one? K-State has looked good early on this season, and the Cajuns have won 5 in a row since dropping the first two of the season.

Pete Hughes is the master of the RPI, that's for dang sure. Smart series, and that should be a fun atmosphere for midweek action as well. I thought the Cajuns overcame some adversity over the weekend. That series against Maryland was NOT easy, but they found a way to get it done in impressive fashion. I like both of these teams early on, albeit obviously K-State a bit more right now.
