Ok Aaron, you've seen Clemson two Sunday's in a row...  Should I brace for a lost season or do you think there is hope for a turn around?  Not feeling great about VT this weekend...
Aaron Fitt

Yeah, this is a tough one. It does feel like Clemson is just "down" this year relative to usual, but I also think the Tigers will be better than they've shown so far. It's been a Murphy's Law season so far, they're just not catching any breaks and not getting any hits with men in scoring position, but eventually I think that stuff tends to even out -- I don't think a few weeks of leaving men on base reveals some innate flaw that a team is simply incapable of clutch hitting. So better days are ahead, but still, I can't say I'm really in love with any aspect of this Clemson club. Feels like a fringe regional contender type club, and considering how good the Northern wing of the league is this year, I don't feel great about Clemson's chances to get itself on the right side of the bubble by Memorial Day. But there's a long way to go.

How do you see the ACC Coastal shaking out? Seems like a number of quality teams without much separation currently
Aaron Fitt

Yeah you're right, that might be the most wide-open division in sports. Virginia is in last place right now, and I'm telling you, the Cavaliers are going to make a surge at some point -- but that shows you how wide open this division is. I suppose if I had to pick somebody today, I'd still take Georgia Tech, but boy they gave up a lot of runs this weekend. I could really see any team in that division winding up at the top; at this point, you have to recognize that Pitt is a legit contender too.

After four weeks, which teams have exceeded your expectations?  Biggest disappointments?
Kendall Rogers

Ted -- Clearly, I think Notre Dame, Pitt and Oregon belong in the exceeding expectations category, especially the Panthers. As for disappointments, I'd go with Virginia, West Virginia, Wake Forest and NC State. All four were ranked in the preseason and have struggled this spring.

Spot-on, KR.

Bob Moore & Jack Leiter feel like SEC vets but they've never played a conference game. Is it fair to just assume those guys will keep on trucking?
Kendall Rogers
2:06
SEC -- I think it's fair to assume. Leiter has premier stuff and if you saw the video of him dialed in and just waiting on the hitter to get into the box, he has such a mature approach -- which is no surprise when you look at his pedigree. The same goes for Bob Moore. He just loves the big moments and it shows. Again, a great pedigree type of kid.

Any chance that Justin Campbell moves into the weekend rotation soon? He has been unreal for Ok state
Aaron Fitt

Yeah, I think that's coming soon. We've gotten great reports on Campbell, definitely an emerging star, I think.

So you still see UCLA as the clear favorite in the Pac 12... Even with the opponents they've lost to?
Kendall Rogers
2:08
I do still view UCLA as the Pac 12 favorite ... but I don't think the other teams, at least at this point, are as far behind as I was expecting them to be.
