The house was terrific. I would've liked to have kept it in the family, but it really needed a lot of work and it was better to sell it to someone who could do upkeep

When my mom was in college, they'd all get stoned in my grandparent's basement

My grandfather did stop driving about 93. He had a full-time housekeeper who he infuriated endlessly
