He's had his OPS+ decline a bit for four straight years, I believe.  He's 35.  Time always wins in the end.

Do you know why Zips is generally low on Altuve? I figured it was a size / late developing power thing, but Jose Ramirez is a similar case, has less history of being elite, and projects higher.

If you're asking "why does ZiPS project superstars to have fewer WAR than their recent history," superstars do not have a nice, pretty bell curve around their expectations.  It's very skewed, with a lot more downside than upside.

What do you think about the Angels being interested in Holland? Eppler hasn't shown a propensity to sign relievers to big contracts and while Holland struggled mightily in the second half, I can't help but be intrigued by his upside in the back end of the pen.
