Mariners bullpen towards the bottom of realistic contenders. There's not much they can do at this point in the winter as they don't have a ton of assets to trade
As for you BakedBean, what is there to say? MLB hasn't put a new team in an existing market for a long time and if they did, NY/NJ would get one long before Boston did.
