Why do the Fld numbers on FG Zips differ from the Fielding values on individual player pages. Are the former positional value adjusted?

There's a general wider problem, both for FG and BR, in which it's not always clear where the defensive penalty is taken into consideration and where it isn't

I always express relative to positional average.
For FLD
on player pages, it's usually DEF
