If the Tigers were to come to grips with not pricing Fulmer as if he were DeGrom or Thor, what's a realistic return? I'd still point to the Quintana deal, as both are solid #2 (Fulmer certainly has more upside) with long team control. But at the same time, I don't see anyone offering an Eloy...

I think a little less than Quintana is reasonable.
Quintana was pitching better at the point than Fulmer was.

Boston has the edge at the moment.  The teams are close enough in ability (I have the Yankees slightly better) that you can pretty much go with whichever team is in the lead at the time
