I have not. Given the launch issues, I'm waiting to see how they iron out.
I was already growing ambivalent about the gameplay. No multiplayer, no real building, etc.

a bad launch has a way of turning off a game forever - I don't think I've tried Sim City since the first week
certainly won't again, see Cities Skylines
