Dave - Which metric do you rate higher: The Will to Win, or Veteran Presence? I've seen some studies say that TWTW is as much as 1.342 x VP.

TWTW because it requires a will, not just the existence of a possible will

Since TWTW already CONTAINS Veteran Presence in the proper configuration, there's no need for VP

Now, just like you still want to see BA in OPS, you want to see VP for shape.

So you know who has TWTW by having veteran presence and who has TWTW by virture of being short and white.
