Sure, but it's a lot easier for someone like Eric to go watch those guys play and come to conclusions himself.
We don't have to report on a team's draft information when what they are seeing is publicly available.

Your "stay tuned" answer to both my ad comment and the kickstarter type thing got me thinking - I'd totally pay a decent amount to be FG member is it gave me ad-free and included (for example) access to a FG event that was guaranteed at least 1 for each MLB city and had a few writers/contributers.

re: Fowler - he was a FA signing, not a trade. He will be missed, greatly, this season.

They originally acquired him for Luis Valbuena; he re-signed there on a bargain deal because he liked the organization. That doesn't happen if they don't trade for him.
