I hiss at the fresh green leaves,
I smell palm trees and I twist upwards at the coconuts,
I spot a human, the thought of fresh blood warms me,
I hiss with delight and slide towards the human,
I open my mouth widely and SNAP!

One of the only left, ready to feel unique and different to every other creature.

My mouth waffling on to other species,
My horns hard and ready, I will take on predators,
My strong large legs, thumping the floors of my enclosure,

We all need to be strong through life, and enjoy what we have left.
