If Bell comes back doesn't it make a lot of sense to use him as the #3 receiver and keep Connor at RB. Washington isn't quite ready for the lights yet.

You give Bell too much credit as a receiver. That's not his thing, despite all the balls he caught. He averaged 7.7 yards per catch last season and most of those catches came when he lined up in the backfield, not near the line

Hi Ed, if Le’veon Bell wouldn’t play for 14.5 million this year because he wanted long term security, why would he play now for so much less? Injury can happen at any moment. Maybe he never shows up.

No. I've seen where players received personal fouls for hits and not get fined and seen others not get penalties and get fined
