He did that in Cleveland too and it wound up saving a victory when AB caught it
Tom
2:16
Does anyone monitor the Steelers lifting workouts during the season so Tuitt type injuries that last nearly a month don't occur?
Ed Bouchette
2:16
It seems as though they should hire you to do that since you know that's why it did occur
Bee_Sting
2:17
Would Tomlin make your top 5 active coaches list ?
Ed Bouchette
2:17
Yes he would
James
2:17
Can James Harrison help this team going forward or is it time to say goodbye so the distraction of constantly hearing his name is gone?
Ed Bouchette
2:17
I'm not sure who it's distracting, maybe you. I don't think it's distracting any of his coaches or teammates
Bee_Sting
2:17
Given JuJu current trajectory, who gets a newer contract him or MB ?
Ed Bouchette
2:18
If Martavis Bryant gets another contract, I'm guessing it won't be from the Steelers
Raven
2:18
Do you think the hit Alonso put on Flacco should have incurred a suspension?
Ed Bouchette
2:18
A fine, no suspension
Bee_Sting
2:18
Is the AFC a 3 team race (NE/KC/PITT) ?
Ed Bouchette
2:18
I see it as two teams because I think KC will get beat up in that division still.

Do all the 430 and 830 games mess with your deadlines and reporting?
Ed Bouchette
2:20
the 8:30 game surely does because it gives us less time in the locker room and to write.
Sal
2:20
Do they view McDonald as their starting TE over Jesse James?
Ed Bouchette
2:20
I believe they are 1 and 1A at this point

Ed, I don't think the Steelers had a sack against Lions. Was Stafford just getting rid of it too quickly?? Pass rush has been good most of the year.
Ed Bouchette
2:21
They had 2 sacks. They came close a few times and he stepped away, and he also got rid of it quickly I believe. But they have to do a better job of getting to the QB in that game, which they have for the most part
Bob
2:21
do you think martavis goes back to the WR rotation against indy?
Ed Bouchette
2:21
That's something right now I cannot predict
Michael diaz
2:21
Do you think a trade for t.y. Hilton should of interest?
Ed Bouchette
2:22
My initial reaction is no. My second would be, what's the price? He also has a big contract
David S. Pumpkins
2:22
how likely is an all Pennsylvania superbowl? Steelers vs Eagles
Ed Bouchette
2:22
More  likely than an all-California or all-Florida Super Bowl.
Bob
2:22
what's your thoughts on this team, 8 games in. thank you
Ed Bouchette
2:23
They are as good as any team in the league this side of the Philadelphia Eagles. And I believe that could even change
Bob
2:23
i think it was safe to say we need bryant, even if only a decoy
Ed Bouchette
2:23
If he could play like the Bryant of 2014 and 2015, yes
Brian
2:23
Is the team worried about Bell's workload? Do you see them trying to get more carries to Conner to keep Bell fresh?
Ed Bouchette
2:24
It does not seem as if they are, no, and it does not seem as if they want to get Conner more carries
hammerhead
2:24
How about a shout-out to Hargrave? He is a beast. I though he was the best defender on Sunday night.
Ed Bouchette
2:24
Look for a story soon in the Post-Gazette on him
Professor Flush
2:25
Any thoughts on the play of Joe "Thank you Cleveland" Hayden? Has he meshed well with the other DBs? I hope he signs a longterm deal in the offseason with us.
Ed Bouchette
2:25
Joe Haden has been a real big pickup for the Steelers and part of the reason their pass defense has been so improved

Prior to Sunday, wasn't the longest pass reception in Steelers history caught by Mark Malone (vs Seattle, I think)?
Ed Bouchette
2:28
No, that was surpassed a few times. Mike Wallace had a 95-yarder. But for a long time, Mark Malone did hold that record with 90 yards in 1991. that, by the way, was the only reception of his career
Sorry, typo there, Malone caught that pass in 1981

Love how people always seem to assume Steelers will play Patriots in AFC Champ again , Bills look strong, beating Chiefs twice a challenge..other than the Patriots who do you feel will challenge the Steelers if they do make it to the playoffs?
Ed Bouchette
2:29
I believe you have the name right there, Buffalo. NE has to play at Buffalo yet and the Bills already won in NE
