He was signed by Jacksonville, then cut after they lost to the  Steelers. Maybe he turned down some other opportunities that weren't to his liking, but I don't know. He'll be on a roster in 2019

Not sure, but I think they'll win the division but not get a playoff bye, which means one game at home, then hit the road if you win, just like 2016
