Not that I know of. The Steelers ultimately would like to house their new Hall of Honor with a separate or attached building but they have run into funding problems.

Ed why wouldn’t the Steelers use the nonexclusive tag on Bell and let him negotiate his value? He is a great player that has been used a lot.

Ed, even if they can’t retain Bell is it really necessary to draft a RB in the 1st round? I would think the D needs to be highly addressed during this year’s draft don’t you?

Who is your RB if Bell leaves? James Conner is the only alternative without drafting one or signing a free agent -- or both.

I don't count them. Way too many to answer. I know some people think I ignore them but there just isn't enough time to get to all of them. I've already run over today by 10 minutes

The Steelers are in the top 3 NFL teams that have the most money invested in the least # of players, and they are trying for # 1 by signing L Bell to a huge contract. I, for one, think they are making a mistake. What is the consensus opinion of the PG Steelers' reporters?

I don't want to speak for Gerry and Ray, but I do believe we're all of the same opinion that the money could  be used best elsewhere

I keep hearing the tag for Bell is 14 million. How is that possible when the highest paid rb's were 8 mil and Bell at 12 mil?  I thought it was an avg of the highest paid rb's.

Usually they reach out either the day before or hours before. Today, they had a quick need and contacted me 5 minutes before they wanted me on and I was able to do it.
