Pineda has an edge. We've just seen more performance. He carries the injury risk (probably forever), but Eovaldi is on the rise. That splitter really came along last year.

Not a tool at all! He's not only a MAJOR advantage over the league based on his position, but he's also REALLY good. his counting stats advantage v. the rest of C is > the difference Encarnacion and a 1B we'd have gotten a couple rounds later

Agreed. I was pushing his power potential last year and it didn't come to fruition, but I'm sticking with him. I don't think anything happened last year that should make me severely change my stance and now his situation improved with NYY.

Anyone know how the QO works for multiple years? Was curious in the fallout of the Fowler signing, can you QO a player twice? Take Wieters for example, can the O's place a QO on him after this season?
