In a dynasty league nut shell, would you rather draft a minor leaguer/young major leaguer with stuff and some command hoping he learns to spot it or a guy with great command and average stuff hoping he learns to utilize it better.

Is the Royal's rotation any worse than last year? Maybe I'm overestimating Kennedy/Medlen/whoever else picks up starts, but it can't be worse than Vargas/Guthrie/2015-Duffy. Right?

I like Medlen! It's probably a little better. I think the pen will be worse though.

Hi Eno, I have the number one pick in a keeper league redraft (resets every 5 years). I also have Mike Trout in my other keeper league (keep forever). Do I put all my eggs in one basket with Trout or do I diversify so both teams aren't screwed if he gets hurt? If so, do I go with Harper, Goldy, or Correa with an eye towards this year and the next 4?

I do think so, but he's one of my deep league sleepers more than a mixed league guy. What I like is added velocity on a good pair of fastballs, really good curve, and some hope for his slider.

Very much agree, but he's athletic and could be a swing change away from the power that would make this a much more interesting package. Have a couple last man on bench shares this year still.

Early on, he was working really hard on defense and his offense suffered. Later on, he came together. Minor league numbers suggest upside in patience and power and even in Ks. Last: projections alone make him a top ten shortstop.
