i work in a restaurant in sf with three beer taps. they want to change it up. what three different types of beer would you suggest? (variety is key). which actual examples would you suggest?

Saison/belgian pale for the belgian/light crowd, american pale ale / IPa for in between, one stout. Easy, available, great: Boulevard Tank 7, AleSmith Pale Ale, Old Rasputin. Those are national beers that would make most beer people in my life happy. Then you establish yourself and can play with each tap as you see fit.

Halia is $30 for a bomber, like a wine bottle. Sours go for that. You might find Almanac, which is $11 for a smaller bottle.

really just take a second and try to appreciate the ridiculous talent that entered the league last year. you have monsters like bryant, russell, sano and syndergaard all debuting and that doesn't even include correa who is literally superman. absurd.
