Eno I have Xander and Correa and big holes at 2b/3b. Obviously not moving Correa, but I have no idea what kind of return to look for from a Xander move. Definitely in a rebuilding season. Do I hold and hope he does something like .280 20?

Arm strengthening methods: Kimbrel used throwing from his knees, Steve Delabar used a throwing motion with weighted balls without releasing them, Bartolo throws weighted balls, and Bauer uses long toss. Does long toss still seem to be the most popular? Any other methods gaining popularity?

Bauer uses weighted balls too. Lots of guys use weighed balls. Read the driveline piece, pitchers are asking me about that piece for sure.
